Laser Tattoo Removal

We use the ND:YAG laser, the newest member of the Q-Switched lasers. This laser emits light at a specific wavelength to pass through the skin, and be absorbed by the ink in the tattoo.  The ink is then removed by the body through its natural filtering system.

The majority of tattoos respond to treatment.  Some pigments, especially green, orange and yellow are more difficult to remove and require more treatments.

The number of treatments required will depend on the size and colour of your tattoo, for an amateur tattoo it usually takes between 2 – 10 treatments, a professional coloured design might need 5 – 15 treatments.
